Our Story
Arising from the humble Malaysian soil of Penang Island, vStaff came to being in a flash of brilliance and necessity in the late 90’s. The first of its kind, vStaff was envisioned as a full-fledged cloud-based human resources management system (HRMS).
However, the world was not yet ready for a cloud-based HR software solution, with many citing security concerns and infrastructural issues that held them back. And still vStaff grew and grew.

Born to nourish a fast-growing HR and manpower industry, vStaff started life as an internal pet project, a simple yet effective software for internal needs. And slowly this fledgling software solution grew and grew, gaining greater features and integrations day by day.
